Job Number: 18206138 CTG is seeking a remote Epic Clinical Service Desk Agent for a large health system end-client.

• Clinical Service Desk resources will answer the phones and resolve “how to” type questions for nurses and other users of the Epic clinical applications. Basic workflow and use of Epic Ambulatory, orders and documentation

• The Clinical Service Desk agents will take phone calls remotely, using a soft phone installed on the laptop and a headset. Tickets will be entered into the ServiceNow ticketing system, and resolved or escalated as appropriate

• Current service desk hours are 6a to 11p Monday through Friday and 6a to 6p Saturday and Sunday. Assigned shifts may include evening and weekend hours

3 plus years experience supporting Epic Ambulatory and/or inpatient clinical applications. Must have thorough understanding of clinical workflows, both inpatient and ambulatory environments.

Experience with phone support required

RN or clinician preferred.

Epic certification or credentialed trainer is a plus
