Director of Operations Account Management will be responsible for daily activities of the Account Managers responsibilities. Including new project implementations.

Essential Job Functions

  • Mange a team of two Account Managers that provide direct interface between Navigant service delivery team, and the US based Clients.

  • Support implementation projects, both new Clients and new projects for existing Clients.

  • Resolve Client issues

  • Manage Product life cycle of the RevApp application

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure Account Manager are meeting objective of Operational duties and implementation.

  • Evaluate and assist in monthly software releases process for all current Payment Automation solutions.

  • Manage daily claims and remittance production tasks

  • File transfer / SFTP setup and maintenance coordination

  • Input & Output file issue troubleshooting and resolution

  • Daily Client communications

  • Meeting Turn Around Time (TAT) using technology and production staff

  • Ensuring Quality metrics are consistently met

  • Implementation responsibilities including Client checklists, workflows, and communication

  • 7+ years’ experience in managing healthcare revenue cycle solutions or banking treasury function for healthcare lockbox.

  • Demonstrate experience with multiple provider management systems

  • Experience with EDI file formats across multiple clients/customers

  • Proactive business leader that works well with vendors, clients, and team members

  • A leader who can manage teams remotely to deliver quality solutions within TAT

  • Ability to travel nationally on short notice and could require international travel on occasion

  • Bachelor’s degree
